## Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible for our outside grain operations. This is a a full time position at Rock River Lumber & Grain. You'll find a collaborative team atmosphere and a stable career that offers excellent benefits for full-time employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following

• Assist in all aspects of the elevator operations
• Receive, dry and unload grain
• Measure grain inventory on a weekly/monthly basis
• Maintain grain conditions by testing temperatures and blending
• Perform equipment and facility maintenance including housekeeping records and cleanliness
• Provide prompt, professional and courteous customer service

## Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Valid state motor vehicle operator's license (CDL beneficial)
• Must be able to move/life up to 50 pounds, occasionally more
• Ability to work outside throughout the entire year
• Sound mechanical abilities
• Ability to work and communicate in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One year related experience
• Good computer skills
• Understand of the seasonality of an agricultural business and the in-season time commitment
