**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**POSITION:** Inventory Compliance Coordinator
**LEVEL OF AUTHORITY:** Associate
**THIS POSITION REPORTS TO:** Special Projects Manager
**JOB TITLES REPORTING TO THIS POSITION:** None
**ROLE:** To ensure proper execution of all processes necessary to guarantee inventory accuracy.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Verify accuracy of all product received to Finished Goods inventory.
• Ensure all cycle counts are completed in a timely manner.
• Audit/reconcile all cycle counts and post appropriate transactions in Mapics
• Investigate issues affecting inventory accuracy and assist in implementing effective resolutions.
• Monitor for inventory anomalies such as negative balances and excessive transaction quantities and resolve all ensuing issues.
• Maintain all data systems as necessary to ensure accuracy of inventory locations and balances.
• Assist in identification and disposition of obsolete and discontinued product.
• Effectively manage all mass inventory pulls.
• Other tasks as deemed appropriate by Special Projects Manager.

• **QUALIFICATIONS:**
• *Education:*

• A minimum of a High School education.

*Experience:*

• Three years in a similar role, preferred.

*Skills:*

• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, required.
• Knowledge of Mapics application suite, required.
• Thorough understanding of the corporate impact of inventory accuracy.
