## Description

Responsible for providing the nursing care delivered to acutely ill adult and geriatric patients in designated unit in accordance with all standards governing our facility. Maintains overall departmental operations in accordance with the facilities mission and philosophy. Participates and maintains performance improvement activities to assure highest standards of care.

## Qualifications

1. Education:
2. Graduation from an accredited Practical nursing Program
3. Current licensure by State Board of Nursing
4. BCLS & ACLS Certification
5. Experience:
6. preferably 3-6 months experience of med / surg or general experience
