About The Role

## Description

**Job Summary:** The Maintenance Person will perform various maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and safe operation of our facilities. This includes routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment, buildings, and grounds.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system maintenance.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address maintenance issues.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure fleet vehicle maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, etc.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma, associate degree preferred
  • Three years of experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Must be able to lift at least 55 pounds.
  • Must own a valid driver’s license & a reliable vehicle.
  • You must complete Trauma Informed Education/Training to become aware and sensitive and respond to youth, families, and colleagues with a trauma-informed approach.
  • Pay: $20-$25 per hour
  • Expected hours: 8 am to 4 pm

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Occasionally Commute Via Company Paid Rental Car

  • St. Louis, MO 63114 (Required)
