**Key Responsibilities:**
- Liaise with senior leadership to set strategic goals and make decisions for operational activities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, including administrative staff, remote workforce, and assistant project managers/superintendents, providing constructive feedback and ensuring procedure adherence.
- Evaluate the efficacy of business procedures and implement improvements in line with organizational objectives.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage material and resource allocation.
- Conduct financial reviews and adjust operational budgets to maximize profitability.
- Formulate or revise company policies and promote their effective implementation.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Constantly refine customer support processes to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of projects.
- Analyze and interpret performance data and metrics for ongoing improvement.
- Invest in growing our labor force, the company's most valuable asset.
- Ensure organizational compliance with legal and industry standards.

## Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or equivalent role.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Proficiency in business functions and principles, including supply chain, finance, and customer service.
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and various business software (ERP, CRM).
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
