## Description

**POSITION SUMMARY:**

Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall physical plant operations of the campus/buildings for maintenance and grounds in accordance with current environmental, governmental, federal, state, and local standards, agencies, guidelines, and regulations governing our facilities.

Essential Functions

1. Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct campus maintenance and grounds operations
2. Develop and maintain written policies and procedures for buildings, grounds, and maintenance. Also assist the staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.
3. Maintenance preventative maintenance program.
4. Other functions as assigned

## Qualifications
A minimum of five years of management experience in an industrial setting, healthcare facility, or other large-scale operation is required.
