**What you need to know:**

This is a general ad to target a variety of positions that Genesis offers. These include positions of skilled machine operations, primarily involving thermoforming equipment, presses, routers, and other equipment for manufacturing vehicle components, furniture, and other parts.

## Qualifications
**Here’s what we are looking for in future team members:**

• Experience operating Thermoforming machines, presses, routers, CNC, laminators, forklift and other industrial equipment
• Good record of attendance at previous jobs
• Past experience working in manufacturing positions is a plus
• Ability to accurately use tape measures and calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Individuals that are eager to grow their career and willing to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving
• Ability to lift, up to, 50lb
• Ability to commute to Fort Wayne, Indiana
