**OOIDA** is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Truck Insurance Sales Agent to help independent owner-operators and trucking businesses find insurance solutions that protect their livelihood. As a **Truck Insurance Sales Agent**, you will educate prospective and existing OOIDA members on insurance products, develop new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and committed to helping customers make informed insurance decisions. *\*This is an hourly non-commissioned sales position.*

**Responsibilities**

• Responds to referrals, prospects and members quickly and effectively
• Pre-qualifies insurance prospects for insurability and quality of risk
• Designs insurance plans and recommends coverages to clients

## Qualifications
**Required**

• Property & Casualty Insurance License
• One-year insurance industry experience

**Helpful**

• Knowledge of AS400 and Content Manager
• Knowledge of the trucking industry
