Job Purpose

• The Cashier position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform multiple tasks efficiently while working under busy and stressful conditions.
• Handle transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Engage with guests, management, employees, and outside contacts effectively while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
• Demonstrate an outgoing, positive, and energetic personality to enhance the customer experience.
• Apply basic math skills to ensure accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant environment.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional service.

## Qualifications

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in busy and stressful conditions
