Hunton Services is seeking a skilled and experienced **Industrial HVAC Technician** to join our team, servicing customers in and around the Greater Houston, TX area to include Brazoria County (Angleton, Clute, Freeport, Lake Jackson). This role is ideal for a technician who has hands-on expertise with package units, split systems, wall-mount units, and mini-splits. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial A/C systems while building trust through professional communication and safe, high-quality work.

### **What You’ll Do**

  • Perform preventive maintenance services, including coil cleaning, belt and filter changes, system logging, and inspection activities on industrial A/C equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues related to mechanical failure, airflow problems, and refrigeration cycle malfunctions.
  • Repair and replace motors, compressors, bearings, and perform full system change-outs when necessary.
  • Start up and shut down HVAC systems according to customer schedules and job requirements.
  • Deliver accurate documentation, daily service logs, and written reports to both internal teams and customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through clear, professional communication and reliable service delivery.
  • Work with a safety-first mindset and adhere to job site protocols and compliance standards.

## Qualifications
### **What You’ll Bring**

  • Solid experience servicing a wide range of industrial HVAC equipment, including Trane and other OEM systems.
  • Strong understanding of airside systems, refrigeration cycles, and HVAC electrical components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to manage customer interactions and resolve issues proactively.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel between customer sites as needed.
  • Familiarity with pressurization systems is a plus.
  • Technical certifications or OEM factory training are preferred.

### **Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience servicing Trane or comparable industrial HVAC systems.
  • Universal EPA refrigerant certification.
  • Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record (no violations in the past 3 years).
  • Must be able to obtain a TWIC card.
