Physician Advisor

The Physician Advisor (PA) provides clinical oversight for utilization management, ensuring appropriate level of care, regulatory compliance, and effective resource utilization. The PA partners with Care Management and Medical Staff to conduct medical necessity reviews, support denials prevention and appeals, and improve documentation accuracy. This role also supports length of stay optimization, throughput initiatives, and quality improvement efforts across the organization.
