| **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.** |

Report any trees that need to be removed for safety reasons. | | - Work with contractors to support remaining areas around the campus. | | - Use landscaping equipment such as mower, trimmers, and chainsaws. | | - Use basic hand tools. | | - Assist level 2 mechanics with plumbing, electrical, and framing. | | - Follow written and verbal instructions. | | - Assist contractors and vendors when needed. | | - Employee must be able to operate both powered and non-powered material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle stacker lift. | - Employees must report any damage to a supervisor or manager. | |
