| **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.** |

| | | | | | | | | | | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | | | | --- | | - Understands/adheres to safety requirements within the department and company. | | - Uses basic hand tools. | | - Drives equipment/ vehicles such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts and street vehicles. | | - Assist other level 2 mechanics with plumbing, electrical, and framing. | | - Assist contractors and vendors when needed. | | - Assist with managing the preventive maintenance on facility related equipment, i.e., forklifts, a/c units, and compressors. | | - Develop procedures for repairs and training aids for level 1 Technicians. | | - Must be able to operate both powered and non-powered material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle stacker lift. | - Employees must report any damage to a supervisor or manager. | |
