MKE - Event and Retail Coordinator

## Description

***Renewal by Andersen,*** your locally owned premier window and door replacement company, is looking for an organized, relationship-driven professional to join our team as the ***Event and Retail Coordinator*** to seek out and coordinate the execution of opportunities to showcase our products and services to the general public.

**Responsibilities**

• Identify face-to-face marketing opportunities that convert consumer interests into sales appointments
• Seek out new retail locations, meet with owners, and establish contacts for in store and out of set ups
• Work closely with vendors to create relationships and negotiate contracts
• Develop partnerships and sponsorships that enhance our presence in the community
• Track and measure the success (ROI) of every event, home show and retail location and retain records for

reference using <Monday.com> Project Management Software

• Coordinate in-person displays, booths, signage and other needs with appropriate teams
• Managing contracts, location, space, payment, set up and tear down of every event
• Internal collaboration of marketing needs
• Work well with the Microsoft 365 Suite
• Produce and propose new strategies to increase consumer attraction in events, retails, shows and more
• Engage in setting appointments in the field and working with the team when time allows
• Cover Milwaukee Showroom during vacation periods of showroom admin

**Requirements**

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability and flexibility to work in office primarily and travel to marketing destinations
• Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skill
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
• Ability to drive a company vehicle
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
