MKE Subcontractor - Window Installer

## Description

**Renewal by Andersen of Greater Wisconsin** is looking to add **Subcontracting Installation Crews** to our team, as we continue to grow and take on an unprecedented number of projects.

We are looking for **1099** **subcontracting teams** who are masters of their craft and passionate about providing a **world-class experience** to our customers.

### **Duties and Responsibilities:**

• Ensures work sites are set up
• Performs window or door installations and removal
• Performs work site tear down and clean-up of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen’s guidelines
• Work with integrity and provide world-class customer service to Renewal by Andersen's customers

## Qualifications
### **Requirements:**

• MUST have a minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling/carpentry experience
• Must have metal brake and truck/trailer
• Must possess insurance (worker’s compensation and liability), and business license
• A strong focus on customer service and communication
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must provide your own crew
