America's premier window and door replacement company, ***Renewal by Andersen***, is seeking professional, goal-oriented, friendly candidates to join the team as a Retail Brand Ambassador!

In this position, you will work full-time at a branded booth at different retail locations to act as a lead generator by building rapport and getting future customers educated and excited about our world-class, custom windows and doors.

**What you'll do as an Retail Marketing/Sales Representative:**

• Generate leads and appointments at Retail spaces
• Engage in conversations with homeowners, to create interest and educate on the products we offer
• Set appointment with potential customers to meet with our Sales team

## Qualifications

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personalities
• Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields
• Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from retail locations
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
