**Renewal by Andersen,**America's premier replacement window and door company, is looking to add motivated and driven Call Center Agents, who are excited to work in a **high-volume** call center, and passionate about being the first step in our customer's window replacement journey to our team!

This is a full-time, in-office position, and a 12pm-8pm shift. We have an hourly base ($17-18) plus monthly UNCAPPED bonuses typically ranging from $150-500 monthly! **Candidates unable to commute to our Appleton, WI office and who cannot work the 12-8pm shift will not be considered.**

• **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
• Promote products and services to current and prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Schedule in-home consultations for customers
• Participate in weekly training huddles

## Qualifications
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE:**

• Above average skills with interpersonal communication and negotiation
• Strong phone presence
• Driven, with a strong desire to succeed, excel, and grow
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Naturally outgoing and self-disciplined
• Past retail, customer service, sales, and telemarketing experience a major plus
• Ability to work afternoons and some weekends
• Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work from a computer and on a phone/headset for extended periods of time
