Business Manager - Food and Nutrition

The Business Manager is accountable for the strategic and commercial performance of an assigned business segment , integrating supplier management and key customer leadership to deliver sustainable growth meeting budgeted sales as a minimum. This role owns the end-to-end value chain —from supplier strategy, portfolio development, and pricing, through to key customer engagement, sales execution, and market expansion.

As a senior member of the team, the Business Manager sets direction , aligns stakeholders, and ensures the effective execution of commercial strategies to optimise revenue, margin, and long-term partnerships in collaboration with the commercial Director Food & Nutrition.
