**Location:** Lancaster Airport (KLNS) Lititz, PA
**Position Type:** Full-Time
**Pay Range:** $25–$45 per hour, based on experience
**About the Role**
The KLNS maintenance team supports a general aviation operation focused on keeping aircraft safe, compliant, and mission-ready. Technicians work collaboratively with other maintenance personnel and operational teams to perform high-quality maintenance on customer and transient aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data.
This role is ideal for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician who values hands-on work, strong troubleshooting, and a team-oriented environment.

- Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and perform maintenance on customer and transient aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including pre-flight and post-flight inspections
- Ensure all work during assigned shifts is completed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and company procedures
- Troubleshoot airframe, powerplant, avionics, electrical, hydraulic, and aircraft systems
- Accurately complete required maintenance records and documentation
- Maintain situational awareness and assist with job planning and workload prioritization
- Work collaboratively with other technicians to support daily maintenance operations
## Qualifications
**Qualifications/Skills**
- Current, violation-free **Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate**
- Possession of a personal set of tools appropriate to the aircraft maintained
- Strong avionics and electrical knowledge, including the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- Proven troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, avionics, and aircraft systems
- Ability to read and understand manufacturer maintenance documentation
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work throughout the hangar environment
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
