**New Starting Wage of $18.16-$19.66 Per Hour DOE**
**Position Overview**
As a DSP you will provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in ways that enhance the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of those we support.

Job duties included and not limited to

• Providing person centered companionship
• Preparing meals and cleaning
• Perform all necessary personal care, hygiene, physical support, and daily living needs.
• Plan and participate activities in the community
• Ensure daily tasks to provide a safe and heathy home
• Possibly nursing delegations (not in all homes)

## Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• Must be able to pass federal background check
• Must be able to safely lift up to 45 pounds
• Valid Oregon’s Driver’s License
