Bartender

## Description

We are looking for a positive, talented bartender who can operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced bar environment. Someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented, can maintain a clean and organized bar, and help to ensure customers are receiving both high-quality products and high-quality service. We are looking for someone to join our dedicated team of professionals, and help to maintain a positive work environment, and uphold the restaurant's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive and memorable dining experience
• Know the food and drink menus in detail
• Be able to answer customer questions about the restaurant, menu, etc.
• Complete side work associated with your bartending/serving responsibilities
• Complete all tasks necessary to provide customers with a positive dining experience
• Follow house cocktail recipes accurately and efficiently.
• Know how to open and close the bar.
• Show up to all shifts on time and ready to work.

## Qualifications

• Must have bartending experience in a high customer turnover restaurant.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong hospitality skills needed to provide customers with excellent service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Must be able to carry roughly 50+ lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
