Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive and memorable dining experience
• Know the food and drink menus in detail
• Be able to answer customer questions about the restaurant, menu, etc.
• Know how to open and close the restaurant
• Complete side work associated with your serving responsibilities
• Complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Complete all tasks necessary to provide customers with a positive dining experience

## Qualifications

• Must have serving experience in a high customer turnover restaurant.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong hospitality skills needed to provide customers with excellent service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Must be able to move quickly throughout the restaurant and be able to carry 25+ pounds
