## Description

The Retail Representative is responsible for engaging with customers through face-to-face, in-store outreach to promote products, generate leads, and collect customer feedback. This position requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to achieve daily performance goals.

### Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• **Field Engagement:** Interact with customers in retail and high-traffic locations to present product information, answer questions, and generate interest in services or promotions.
• **Lead Generation & Sales:** Promote products and services, secure customer commitments, and generate qualified leads or sales opportunities.
• **Goal Achievement:** Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets, including lead generation and customer engagement quotas.
• **Customer Relations:** Build rapport with potential customers while maintaining a professional, positive, and courteous attitude.
• **Reporting & Documentation:** Accurately track customer interactions, leads, and sales activity, and submit reports to the Marketing team in a timely manner.
• **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with management and team members to support marketing initiatives and achieve company objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and walk long distances in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to support customer engagement and business needs.
• Reliable transportation and dependability in managing travel requirements and field equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
