**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** *(This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)*

| - Provide direct administrative, clinical supervision for master’s level clinicians, case managers, peer support specialists and community health workers. - Observe treatment including individual and group and give constructive feedback to improve their ability to provide treatment as well as assure accurate and timely completion of required documentation. - Write comprehensive reports each month to include file review, face time with each clinician, and the treatment observed. - Knowledge of regulations, board requirements, laws governing mental health including Peer services, skills training, current OAR's, addiction services, ethics, confidentiality, privacy, and other related areas. | - Review and sign staff clinical assessments and service plans. - Provide timely and accurate reports on program and staff performance measures. - Maintain a small case load as appropriate. - Provide at least 1-hour per month group supervision and 1-hour per month individual supervision with staff. - Ability to develop and lead an effective team of QMHAs and/or Peers. - Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders. - Ability to multi-task, manage time, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure. - Perform all work duties and activities in compliance with Lifeway’s policies/procedures, Oregon Administrative Rules, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations. |
## Qualifications
**Qualifications**
*Required:*
- Completed 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a behavioral health, mental health, and/or alcohol & drug counseling setting.
- Hold an Oregon QMHP certification and able to obtain a clinical license within 2 years of hire.
- Must become DLA certified within 1 year of hire.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Tuberculosis screening.
- Successful completion of background check
- AVADE Certified within 90 days of hire
*Preferred:*
- 2-5 years supervisory experience in behavioral health
- Current Oregon clinical license (LCSW, Oregon LCP, LMFT)
