## Description
**JOB SUMMARY:**

• This position is responsible for preparing/serving coffee and other beverages, in a timely manner, while providing exceptional customer service to all internal/external customers. This position is open for PRN (as needed) applicants and includes Saturdays!

**PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:**

1. Adheres to Brodstone Healthcare’s Mission, Vision and Values.
2. Adheres to Brodstone Healthcare’s Standards of Behaviors.
3. Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
4. Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
5. Adheres to service agreement, prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as expresso, coffee latte, cappuccino, Frappuccino.
6. Keeps equipment operational by following operating instructions. Inspects and initiates repair to assure equipment is in proper operation mode.
7. Generates revenues by attracting new customers; markets seasonal promotions and new franchise product lines.
8. Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, restocking coffee brewing equipment and supplies. Prepares order for food distributor and franchise supplies.
9. Follows departmental standards and state/federal food codes.
10. Operates cash register and understands proper cash handling procedures.
11. Attends and participates in departmental meetings / in-services, Brodstone Healthcare quality improvement program, etc.

## Qualifications
**EDUCATION:**

• GED or High School Diploma (preferred)

**EXPERIENCE:**

• Retail/Food Service/Barista Experience (preferred)

**CERTIFICATE, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:**

• Serv Safe within 6 months of hire (required)
