**Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate**

Rex Supply – Macon, GA

**Role Summary**

The Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing daily delivery routes and supporting warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service levels, inventory accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.

This position requires a high level of dependability, attention to detail, and **flexibility**. The individual must be willing to adjust to changing daily priorities, including early morning start times and occasional late evenings, based on delivery schedules and business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Delivery Operations**

• Safely operate company vehicles to complete assigned delivery routes
• Load and secure products for transport to prevent damage during transit
• Verify all deliveries against invoices, packing slips, and customer orders prior to departure
• Deliver products accurately and on time to customer locations
• Obtain delivery confirmations and required documentation at each stop
• Communicate delays, issues, or discrepancies to operations in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicles

**Warehouse Operations**

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure accuracy of items, quantities, and packaging prior to shipment
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory in designated locations
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Assist with cycle counts and periodic physical inventory processes
• Maintain organized bin locations and enforce bin logic to ensure all items are accurately stored, labeled, and easily accessible

**Inventory & Order Accuracy**

• Support efforts to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock issues
• Assist in organizing inventory to improve efficiency and accessibility

**Operational Support**

• Work closely with operations, purchasing, and sales teams to support order fulfillment
• Assist with special projects, large orders, or time-sensitive deliveries as needed
• Adapt to shifting priorities throughout the day to meet customer and business demands
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support overall operations

**Schedule & Flexibility Expectations**

• Be available to work flexible hours based on delivery schedules and operational needs
• Participate in early morning start times when required for delivery routes
• Be willing to work occasional late evenings to complete deliveries or support warehouse needs
• Maintain reliability and punctuality in all scheduled shifts

## Qualifications
Must be 20 years old or older.
Must have and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license.
Must have and maintain a clean 3 year MVR
Previous warehousing experience a plus but not required.
