**Bruceton Ag Services – Seasonal Greenhouse Associate**

1. **Reporting Relationship:**General Manager
2. **Basic Function:**The Greenhouse Associate is primarily responsible (in conjunction with others) for the day-to-day tasks associated with operating the nursery.
3. **Essential Skills and Responsibilities:**

• Water, maintain and prune nursery stock as needed.
• Responsible for assisting customers including loading their purchases. This job duty includes lifting product that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Responsible for checking in and unloading nursery stock.
• Responsible for keeping location clean and free of clutter creating a safe and customer friendly shopping environment.
• Position requires working outdoors and may be subject to adverse weather conditions.
• Responsible for merchandising and pricing of products.
