**Purpose:**The Product Specialist’s mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience by offering in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and assisting customers throughout the buying process.

**Essential Duties:**

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, offering assistance and information about our vehicles.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all products and services offered by the dealership.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct test drives with customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the vehicles.
  • Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features, specifications, and options.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, features, accessories, and the benefits to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about competitive models and their features.
  • Assist customers in navigating the buying process, including financing and trade-ins.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, ensuring a positive impression of the dealership.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Other Duties:**

  • Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining the showroom and vehicle inventory to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer inquiries, concerns, and suggestions.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

## Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for automobiles and extensive knowledge of vehicle features and technologies.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
