## Description
**Position Goal/Objective**
Entry-level marketing role to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. An excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, and events
- Support business development efforts through research and generation of leads and prospect profiling of target accounts
- Assist in outbound programs to targeted accounts for sales growth through effective lead generation campaign activities such as touchpoint e-mail and direct mail campaigns and phone outreach
- Conduct market trend and competitor research to support strategic marketing and reports
- Maintain marketing materials such as case studies, presentations, and sales collateral
- Help create and schedule content (ex: blogs, case studies) for website, email marketing and social media
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare insights reports
- Assist in organizing trade shows and industry events including maintaining a calendar for visibility of relevant industry shows and events
- Help maintain samples in our sample library and with the fulfillment of requests
## Qualifications
**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) well with executives, partners, sales teams, and customers
- Have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and workload levels
**Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- High level planning, organizational and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams
- Potential travel to customers’ sites for meetings and presentations or other events as needed
- Ability to work independently, as well as contribute to a team environment
- Ability to provide input while still following direction
**Physical Demands:**
- Regularly required to stand, sit, and walk around the facility
- Frequently required to work on a computer
- Occasionally required to use force to lift, push and pull up to 20 pounds
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
**Work Environment:**
Work performed in an office environment where a noise level is moderate but, on some instances, might be required to work in an area where ear protection is necessary (warehouse setting).
