Covenant Woods, a premier continuing care retirement community in Mechanicsville, VA, is seeking a friendly, dependable **Part-Time Hostess** to join our dining services team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors, thrives in a hospitality-focused environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. **No late nights guaranteed.**

**Pay**

**$15-22** per hour based on experience

### **Shift Information:**

Week 1 Sunday 10:30-8:00, Tues-Fri 4:00-8:00

Week 2 Tues-Fri 4:00-8:00

### **Position Summary**

The Hostess is responsible for warmly greeting residents and guests, managing dining room seating, and supporting the overall flow of service to ensure a welcoming and pleasant dining experience.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Assist servers and dining staff as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
• Provide excellent customer service in a resident-centered environment

### **Qualifications**

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Dependable and team-oriented
