CDL DRIVER

## Description

**Covenant Woods** in Mechanicsville is currently seeking a **On-Site CDL Driver** with superior guest service skills. This is an on-site position to transport residence to local attractions. Drivers are responsible for the safe, timely and enjoyable transport of our residents and guests.

**Requirements:**

• Must have professional service skills including the ability to communicate effectively.
• Operates minimum 12 passenger bus equipped with ADA access.
• Must have CDL with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements.
• Must perform and document on Pre/Post Trip Checklists.
• Must have a clean driving record acceptable to our risk management department.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Virginia CDL License with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements
• At least 1 year experience driving passengers in a shuttle bus and/or bus
• No major violations (DWI, reckless driving, drugs, leaving the scene) within the last three years
• Must be able to read, write and speak English

**Schedule:**

• PRN as needed
