• Choose a **4 x 10 schedule** (4 days Monday- Thursday, 10 hours each), **OR**
• Work a **4 x 9 + 4-hour shift schedule** (4 days Monday- Thursday, 9 hours each & 4 hours on Friday)
• **Pick your preferred start time** (4:30 am, 5:00 am, 5:30 am, 6:00 am, 6:30 am, 6:30 am)

**What You’ll Do:**

• Operate and monitor CNC lathes and milling machines
• Set up jobs, load materials, and adjust tooling as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications

**What We’re Looking For:**

• Experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
