**Assembler – Production Team**

**Overview**

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-focused **Assembler** to join our production team. In this role, you’ll perform hands-on assembly work to build tracks, doors, and other products according to precise customer specifications. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality results.

**What You’ll Do**

• Read and interpret job cards and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
• Assemble components using a variety of fastening methods, including bolting, riveting, clipping, and screwing
• Operate handheld tools and portable machinery to complete assembly tasks
• Position and align parts correctly before fastening to meet specifications
• Work across multiple workstations and rotate tasks based on production needs
• Assist with machine operations for force fitting and fastening processes
• Cut and shape materials to required dimensions
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards and are defect-free
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

**What We’re Looking For**

• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and instructions
• Comfort using hand tools such as riveters, saws, and other assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility to work in different areas of production as needed

**Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
**Required**

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Prior experience in a similar or related role
• Demonstrated reliability with a consistent work history and strong attendance record
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

**Preferred**

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
