- Work a **4 x 9 + 4-hour schedule** (Monday–Thursday 9-hour shifts + 4 hours on Friday) — start your weekend before noon
- Pick your **preferred start time**: 4:30 AM, 5:00 AM, 5:30 AM, 6:00 AM, or 6:30 AM

- **What You’ll Do:**
- Assemble industrial products using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions and ensure accuracy
- Inspect finished products to meet quality standards

- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
- Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

## Qualifications
# **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
## *Essential*
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to read a ruler and tape measure.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
## ***Preferred***
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
