Looking for a stable, hands-on role with flexibility built into your schedule? At Dynatect, our Assemblers play a key role in creating high-quality industrial products used in demanding environments.

  • Choose a **4 x 10 schedule** (Monday–Thursday) — enjoy a 3-day weekend every week

**OR**

  • Work a **4 x 9 + 4-hour schedule** (Monday–Thursday 9-hour shifts + 4 hours on Friday) — start your weekend before noon
  • Pick your **preferred start time**: 4:30 AM, 5:00 AM, 5:30 AM, 6:00 AM, or 6:30 AM

  • **What You’ll Do:**
  • Assemble industrial products using hand and power tools

  • Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

## Qualifications
# **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
## *Essential*

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read a ruler and tape measure.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

## ***Preferred***

  • Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
