## Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized individual to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and writing skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive, professional work environment. This position requires an individual who can effectively support the clinical team on a day-to-day basis by performing administrative and operational tasks that can be safely completed without an extensive clinical background. The Clinical Administrative Support Staff member will function as an integral part of the team and work under the supervision of the agency’s clinical leadership. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities. The number and variety of tasks associated with this position are extensive and may evolve based on the needs of the agency and clinical team.
**Abilities Required:**
- Ability to enter data into the computer, review documentation as per company policies.
- Capacity to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- High level of organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Internal sense of urgency and initiative that promotes creative thinking and solutions.
- Demonstrated skill in anticipating and responding effectively to shifting priorities.
- Successful working both independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to professional conduct in all situations
- Discretion in protecting confidential information including clients and staff.
- Conscientious attention to detail; strong proofreading and editing skills required.
- Ability to learn and use the Agency electronic systems independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven capacity to work as part of a multicultural workforce, demonstrating sensitivity and competency in working with individuals and groups of diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and lifestyle backgrounds.
