## Description
**Available Shifts (Full-Time):**

• **Weekend shift offering a unique schedule with built-in flexibility during the week:**
• Work 24 hours on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Plus 16 hours during the week (Monday–Friday)
• You choose your weekday hours. Pick any shifts that fit your schedule
• **Second Shift:** Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• **Night Shift:** Monday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM

**What You’ll Do:**

• Assemble products by hand using materials, patterns, and work instructions (some use of equipment like heat seaming or sewing machines)
• Follow written work instructions, drawings, and blueprints
• Check equipment for safe operation and perform light maintenance when needed
• Communicate ideas for improvement with supervisors and teammates
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work both independently and as part of a team

**What We’re Looking For:**

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and diagrams
• Team mindset and strong communication skills

**Physical Requirements:**

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 75 pounds)
