We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused **Patient Services Representative** to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic.

#### **What You'll Do**

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, courtesy, and compassion.
• Check patients in for appointments and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the department as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience.
• Perform other front office duties to support efficient clinic operations.

#### **Schedule**

• Full-time
• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

## Qualifications
#### **Education**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

#### **Experience**

• One year of secretarial or administrative experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

#### **Skills**

• Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
