Full Sail Brewing in Hood River, Oregon is looking for a Lead Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high volume, award-winning kitchen. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, energetic, and friendly team members. The kitchen is consistently acknowledged for excellent teamwork, great co-workers, and a comradery you will not find anywhere else.

## Qualifications

• Supervisory experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Efficient in kitchen positions
• Supporting Assistant Kitchen Manager and Chef in all aspects of the job
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Lift up to 40 pounds several times per shift
• Flexible schedule required

**Experience:**

• Restaurant experience: 1 year
• Supervisor experience

**Schedule:**

• 8-hour shifts
• Holidays
• Weekend availability
