**Ampla Health** is seeking a skilled and motivated **LVN Nursing Lead** to support clinic operations and provide guidance to nursing staff. Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor, this role balances clinical duties with leadership responsibilities and ensures quality patient care and staff development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Support patient flow and productivity goals
• Provide guidance, in-service training, and scheduling for nursing staff
• Assist with staff onboarding and orientation
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and vaccine inventory
• Enforce infection control protocols and participate in CQI activities
• Fill in for the Nursing Supervisor as needed
• Work 50% of time in direct patient care

**Qualifications:**

• Valid CA LVN license and current CPR certification (required)
• 1+ year clinical and supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of outpatient clinic procedures and EMR systems
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs., push up to 100 lbs., and work on feet most of the day
