**Step into a vital role on our production floor! We’re looking for a **Skilled Edger 4 Operator** to keep our lumber running smooth, straight, and high-quality. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic sawmill team where precision, efficiency, and safety are everything.**

### **What You’ll Do**

**As an Edger 4 Operator, you will:**

• **Operate and monitor Edger 4 machinery to trim rough-cut lumber to exact specifications**
• **Inspect boards for defects, ensuring only top-quality lumber moves downstream**
• **Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize production and quality**
• **Maintain a safe and clean work area, following all safety protocols**
• **Coordinate with upstream and downstream operators to ensure smooth workflow**
• **Assist with minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting**

## Qualifications
### **What We’re Looking For**

• **Previous sawmill or manufacturing experience preferred**
• **Strong attention to detail and quality control**
• **Ability to work safely around heavy machinery**
• **Team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance**
• **Physically able to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks**
