## Description
**Key Responsibilities**

• **Production Support:** Transport lumber and mats throughout the sawmill and warehouse, supplying production lines with necessary materials.
• **Loading/Unloading:** Accurately load and unload trailers with mats and timber, ensuring safe transport.
• **Organization:** Stack, bundle, and manage storage areas, keeping the yard organized.
• **Maintenance:** Perform daily maintenance checks on forklifts and report issues.
• **Safety:** Adhere to all OSHA guidelines, wear PPE, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

• **Experience:** Previous forklift operation experience is required, with preference for sawmill or heavy industrial environments.
• **Shift/Workload:** Ability to work long shifts (often 12 hours) and night shifts in industrial conditions (hot/cold).
• **Skills:** Strong attention to safety, the ability to operate in tight spaces, and basic, reliable attendance
