### **Pay & Bonuses**

• **$0.52 per mile** starting, higher rates based on experience.
• **$20 per backhaul, stop, or warehouse hour (higher rates based on experience).**
• **$11/hour** for pre-trip, post-trip, and delay time.
• Regular pay reviews.

**Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus**

• Earn up to **$800 per month.**

### **Route Details**

• 3–4 nights out per week
• Consistent freight
• Brokerage runs when needed

### **What You’ll Be Doing**

• Safely operating a Class A vehicle.
• Loading and unloading freight securely.
• Following assigned routes and GPS directions.
• Completing pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintaining accurate logs and reporting issues.

## Qualifications
### **What We’re Looking For**

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
