### **Job Summary:**
The Human Resources Recruiter supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives. This role partners with leaders across the organization to attract and retain talent, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, maintain accurate employee records, and deliver a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle. While recruiting is a significant responsibility of this position, it is only one aspect of the role. The Human Resources Recruiter is expected to perform a broad range of Human Resources functions and support the overall objectives of the HR department.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and extending offers.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive and compliant onboarding experience.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics related to recruiting, staffing, and other department initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leadership to understand staffing needs and recommend effective recruiting strategies.
- Develop, update, and maintain HR documents, job descriptions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and recruiting materials.
- Assist in processing employee status changes, separations, and offboarding activities while maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including I-9s, personnel documentation, and other required employment records.
- Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment, changes, education, and responding to employee questions regarding available benefits.
- Serve as a resource for employees by answering HR-related questions and assisting with employee relations concerns while maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee recognition, appreciation, and engagement programs and events.
- Assist with payroll and other HR administrative functions as needed.
- Support special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

- **Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources strongly preferred.
- One to three years of Human Resources experience required.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, or HR administration is a plus.
- Experience with Paycom is a plus.

- **Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
