**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Multifamily Construction Supervisor** to oversee and manage on-site interior renovation projects at our apartment communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily residential construction specializing in renovation work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise and coordinate all construction renovation activities on-site
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and laborers
• Conduct quality control inspections and enforce safety regulation
• Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders
• Solve problems proactively and address construction issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

## Qualifications

• **Experience:** 5+ years in multifamily construction supervision
• **Education:** High school diploma required; construction management degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software is a plus
