We are currently seeking a **motivated Swimming Pool Technician** to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will manage a small service route and help maintain the pools at several of our apartment communities.

**No prior pool experience? No problem.** We provide training for individuals who are eager to learn, work well with a team, and manage their time independently.

**What You’ll Learn and Do**

As a Pool Technician with 1st Lake Properties, you will be trained to

• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Measure, add, and adjust pool chemicals safely
• Clean and maintain swimming pools and community waterways
• Operate pool equipment such as sand filters, pumps, and valves
• Maintain safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environments for residents

## Qualifications

• Reliable and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
