We are currently looking for a **talented, energetic, and self-motivated Carpenter** to join our maintenance team.

As a Carpenter, you will perform a variety of residential carpentry and repair work, including

• Finish carpentry
• Framing and structural repairs
• Flooring and subfloor repairs
• Window and door replacement
• Ceramic tile installation
• Light siding and roofing repairs

## Qualifications

• Experience in multiple areas of carpentry
• Owns tools; $500 tool allowance offered to assist with tools purchase
• Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
