Floral Production Specialist

Walters Wedding Estates in partnership with The Design Haus, is looking for candidates with great attitudes and work ethics to join our **Wedding Floral Production** team! Our team is rapidly growing, and this position provides a great entry level opportunity to grow your floral design career with us. On average we will be producing 5-10+ weddings per weekend

**Main Responsibilities**

• Event Design Work and installations
• Floral processing
• Cleaning, prepping buckets, inventory, supplies
• Loading, delivering, and unloading of weddings/events to include breaking down of events.

**Job Overview and Requirements**

• **Pay Range**: $15-$18 per hour.
• **Location**:Lago Vista, TX
• **Job Type:** Part Time /Full Time Positions Available
• **Hours:**
• **MUST** be available to work weekends and nights.
• Flexible schedule
• **Required Experience:**
• Floral Design Experience 2years
• Being bilingual is a plus but not required.
• **Physical Requirements:**
• Must be able to lift at least 40+ pounds throughout the day.
• Must be able to get on and off a ladder.
• **Other:**
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify
• Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
