Dakota Alpha is a 20-bed skilled nursing facility in Mandan, ND, specializing in rehabilitation for individuals with traumatic brain injuries—the only facility of its kind in North Dakota. We’re looking for dependable and compassionate **Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)** who are passionate about helping residents gain independence while providing care with dignity and respect.

**What You’ll Do:**

• Assist residents with daily living activities (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.).
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure quality, person-centered care.
• Communicate concerns or changes in resident needs promptly to nursing staff.

## Qualifications
**CNA requirements:**

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Current Certified Nurse Assistant Certification
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Desire to collaborate and work as an active and positive team member.

**Hours:**

• Full-Time
• 32 Hours a week
• 2:00PM - 10:30PM
