## Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN (PT)

Utilizes the nursing process, under the direction of the RN, to provide patient care according to the established policies, procedures, and guidelines of the department and hospital. Has knowledge of the clinical interventions and equipment necessary to meet the specific needs of the patient population served.

## Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited LPN program and current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
