## **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of Blue Ops in Valdosta, GA, exercising independent judgment to address non-routine operational matters.
- Direct office administration, facility management, and vendor relationships, making decisions to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, executive meetings, and customer engagements, adapting plans based on evolving needs and priorities.
- Manage complex scheduling and operational coordination, resolving conflicts and prioritizing competing demands with minimal supervision.
- Serve as a liaison across operations, engineering, manufacturing and leadership teams to facilitate alignment and execution.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and independently develop and implement process improvements.
- Support leadership by proactively addressing administrative and operational challenges before escalation is required.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive information and business matters.
- Ensure operational readiness, professionalism, and consistency across the facility.
- Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations and escalate issues only when appropriate.

## **Required Qualifications**
---
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, executive support, or office management in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform non-routine administrative and operational work with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience exercising independent judgment and decision-making on important matters.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act without direction.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with executives, manufacturing teams, and external vendors.
- Experience supporting defense, aerospace, or technology companies preferred.

## **Physical Requirements and Working Conditions**

- Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks, in accordance with safety protocols and company policy.
- May be required to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch during inspections, maintenance walk-throughs, or emergency response situations.
- Regular exposure to facility operations including noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and industrial equipment.
- Occasional off-hours or weekend work required for emergency facility responses or projects as needed
- Requires frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment for documentation, communication, and coordination tasks.
